NATIONAL HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH:
We continue to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. One of Mrs. Mezzo’s favorite baseball players is Mariano Rivera, the former Yankee relief pitcher. Students and faculty, send an email to Mrs. Mezzo with the name of your favorite Hispanic athlete. The athletes whose names are most frequently submitted will be featured.
Rotations changed to R2. Period 5 Minis are still M1.
CROSS COUNTRY RESULTS:
Yesterday at Tyrrell Middle School in Wolcott, the boys cross country team improved to 7 and 0 on the season with solid performances by Damon Abate, Joe Kovach, Zack McCasland, Joe Cervone, and Gabe Braganca. The Cyclones finished first, second, third, fourth, and sixth, respectively.
The Lady Cyclones improved to 5 and 2 on the season with a hard fought win and surprising performances by newcomers.
